City Centre Sheds offer a range of Standard and Heavy Duty Dutch Style Barn Sheds and Barn Workshops with double doors or single doors.

We are not competing with the lightweight, Budget Dutch Barn Sheds market you see advertised on the likes of eBay and other low-grade online websites.

Each building is individually made to your requirements, starting from a basic shell and being built into the Dutch Barn that you want.

So you can effectively have a semi custom made building for a similar price as a stock building.

Our standard timber barn style barn sheds come clad with high quality 12 mm thick T+G as used in our popular shed range along with the thicker 3×2 ( 75 x 50 mm ) framework pressure treated.

The resistance to deterioration has made this timber a popular choice for interior and exterior uses in the home.

All fully planning compliant with a max height of 2.5 m as standard .

If you intend to situate your new Barn type of workshop within 2 meters of any boundary on your property 2.5 m is the max height you can have before applying for planning permission.

For the reasons stated above, you will find the eaves (sides) of the barn-style building to be much lower than that of our Timber Garden Workshops so it is not possible to have doors fitted in the sides. They can only be fitted in the narrow shaped section of the building

Roof Coverings

All buildings are covered with a green mineral roofing felt, although we have a number of upgraded roofing options including shingles, torch on felt or a EPDM rubberised roof.

These are priced on an individual basis depending on the size of the building.
