This range of Workshop / Strong Sheds and building are by far one of the strongest available in the Uk for the Price . Made by hand using old fashioned methods - Heavy Duty Cast T Hinges on all Doors - Plenty of eves height and all fully planning compliant ready to use without applying for planning consent.

 Optional Roof Upgrades / Felt Shingles / Corrugated Sheets / Full Tile Effect

 Apex or Pent single sloping Roofs all the same price.

 Lining and Insulating upgrades available on all building. Full Turn Key Packages including Electrics /Plumbing available please ask for quote

 

Cladding Thickness

We have a selection of timber cladding thickness available in this range but the 22mm(ex25mm) Thick T+G and using 50 mm x 50mm frame work is the most popular.

There are then 3 further options for A thicker 28mm(ex32mm) / 44mm (ex48mm) and a thinner budget 12mm(ex16mm) which allows you a good Flexibility for your budget and still allow you to get the size building you need.

The Eves / Ridge Height

The Eves - The Hight at sides is 6ft 4in The Ridge will change depending on width of Building.

The Door - All our buildings are supplied with a single 30inch wide door as standard, some pictures may show double doors , but these are normal extra and will be pictures of individual Workshops that that client has requested Double or Special sized Doors

But we try and keep under 2.5m to comply with the latest planning regulations , as from late 2010 the local planning regulations changed and has very Specific regulations you must work within unless you apply for planning permission . These are not hard and fast rules as every area in Uk Interprets the rules Differently and it will change depending how far you intend to have your new building from your Boundary so please check with your local planning office , this can be done on line at the Planing Portal.

If the size or Design of the Workshop you are looking for is not on the site please post or email with full details of your requirements including a post code for delivery area and will quote you by return. We are able to besopke any of our buildings to your exact requirements at a small extra cost. We do NOt charge for small alterations such as Window and Change positions these are all included in our price , so can have as many or as few windows as you want - we take the rough with the smooth and keep things simple , as some supplies really do over charge for some of the most simple changes that don't actually cost any thing ! This is why we are so busy i suppose good old fashioned friendly , down to earth advise and pricing. Do you need to look any further ? I think not.
